To heat stale chapatis or parathas, wrap them
in a clean cloth and pack into an airtight container
that will fit into the pressure cooker. Pressure cook
for two whistles and serve them fresh and hot.

Store fresh coriander and mint leaves in an airtight
steel container and keep in fridge and for more than a
week it will keep fresh.
