I got married ten years ago. We have no children. Recently a doctor in Saudi Arabia told me that there is blood cot in my wife fallopian tube, which block fertilization. Doctor asked me to remove this blood cot by laproscopy and my wife-undergone laproscopy and the blood cot was removed. After laproscopy done wife is still not pregnant. Again blood cot appreared in tube. Doctor asked me to do laproscopy again. So i met another gyenacologist who has given gynera tablets and asked me to take for three months. My question is gynera tablets is using for contraception. i went to see this doctor for infertility. Still I dont know why doctor has given gynera medicine. My wife had pain in the lower abdomen. is this medicine is using for any other reason other than contraception.

Dear Doctor, We gotmarried in 2004.After that in 2005,i had a spondaneous abortion. After that i ve consulted some doctors and taken infertility traetments since my periods were irregular. Now we have consulted a new hospital where they have taken all blood test,semen test and scans.All are normal .In the scan they found a very small cyst so adviced to take pills for two months and next time found the cyst disappeared.Then they have done diagonostic hestereoscopy in which one polyp found same removed.Tubes were also normal.Now they adviced to go for IUI for two cycles.This month i ve undergone hesteroscopy and after that i had bleeding for two three days.After that we had intercourse two times around 13 th and 14 th days.So my question s whether ovulation happened for this cycle or not?

My friend who is 23yrs recently under went a surgery for ovarian cyst which is endometriotic. doctor removed the cyst which is a massive one and reconstructed the remaining part of the ovary. Dear Dr., is it possible to ovulate but get no period? I am about 10 days late and have no period, and both hpts say negative. I ovulated 26 days ago. My luteal phase has been exactly 16 days for the past 3 months. About two weeks ago I felt like I was getting my period. I had severe cramps, tender breasts, and headaches. The cramps were really bad. I still get twinges of cramping, sometimes feel dizzy. Sometimes I even feel pregnant. Some days it feels like my period is coming. I'm so upset because I had a missed miscarriage in Jan. and now I feel like something is wrong. I am going to make an apt. with my dr. but I was just wondering what your advice was. Hi Doc, My last menstrual starts on 25thMay and my common cycle is 28days . On the 23rd day , I had unprotected sex with my hubby. Then I took prostinor-2 the following day. Then,we had another unprotected sex on the 30th day from my first menstrual. Then again , I took prostinor-2 the following day. For second intercouse, I took the first tablet within 24hrs,but the 2nd one i have delayed . And now ,my period is one week late. May i know if my estimation correct and helps to prevent pregnancy ? If i have taken prostinor2 during first unprotected intercouse,will it delays the ovulation and causing im fertilized during my second intercourse ? I have taken 2does of prostinor2 within the same cycle. How will this delay my next period and when is it?Im in doubt . Kindly advice .

To Whom it may concer... I am 23 Years old and have recently been experiencing something very strange with my menstral cycle. Last month I started spotting ten days before my period was due. Just a light pink spotting. I had another very light pink spotting occure at the time of my period. Now this month I am light watery pink spotting aweek prior to my period. Hi Dr. I am a 39 year old female with 2 healthy children, 18 and 14. I have systemic lupus, but it has been in remission for about 2 years. My Menstrual cycles are usually like clockwork, however, in the last 2 months, I have had 4 periods. All fairly heavy bleeding with severe cramping. Hi Doc, I am 39 years old, married. I had been diagnose of having HPV due to cervical errosion and vaginal bleeding during entercourse. I did cryotheraphy for the errosion. HPV DNA test was negative. My paps smear since ever was normal, but until now the bleeding during sex still the same. during sex i feel pain deep inside then it will bleed. i have also a lympnode in my thyroid which already shceduled for removal. I would very much appreciate if you can adv me what could be possible cause of the bleeding during entercourse.
