Question
I have already undergone laproscopic removal of endometrial ovarian cyst
&wants to get pregnant as soon as possible should i take duphastone how
&when
Answer
Duphaston alone does not help you conceive. You have to know whether you
are ovulating or not. Do a clear plan test . If you are not ovulating,
you would require clomid . Once you are taking clomid , you need to be
monitored on ultrasound to determine your fertile period. Are both your
tubes normal ? All the best !
Question
I am a 40 year old woman from delhi. I have recently been having a white
discharge and its smelly. It usually happens before i get my periods..
could u please let me know what i shd do abt it.
Answer
Use candid V 6 vaginal pessaries. If this does not help, see a gynec who
can do a vaginal smear and culture and sensitivity test to determine the
type of infection you have and to take the appropriate treatment.
Question
Hi doctor, I am 23 ,married since one year ,i have polysistic
overies, but regular period for the past one year,i have my menstrul
bleeding for about 6-7 days .i want to consive .i want to know whether i
am ovulating, can i consive naturally,is regular period and normal
menstrul flow is the sign of proper ovulation.
Answer
Do a clear plan test . If you are not ovulating, you would require
clomid . Once you are taking clomid , you need to be monitored on
ultrasound to determine your fertile period and to ensure that your
ovaries are not getting unduly enlarged. Since you have regular periods,
you maybe ovulating well , so should be able to conceive without any
medication.
Question
Dear Doctor I am writing this the first time .I am from Qatar. We are
married since 1year 10 months and trying for a baby for the last 8
months but no result.we consulted a doctor for infertility in kerala and
checked my husbands sperm count ,the result was that the sperm mobility
is less and the active sperms which are able to enter the egg is less.
The doctor made scan and said he is having a probs of varicocele and
gave some medicine named adyzova and eubifin. Doctor, can this be treated
with medicines. I am having my ovulation all in good way we made a
scanning for the follicle and it ruptured in the 14th day.I am having
metformin 500mg. What more treatment can we do here in Qatar. Is it good
to take duphastone from the 16th day to the 28th day?
Can our problems be solved if medicines are taken. Please advice us
Thanking you
Answer
Please let me know your husband's complete semen report, so I can advice
you further. Also let me know the contents of the medication he is
taking, as I am not aware of these medicines. You can take duphaston
once you know you have ovulated.
Question
If you have a fungal infection is it safe to conceive?
Answer
It should not be a problem. However, it is advisable to clear the
infection, as the chances of it recurring during pregnancy is high and
it may not be possible to give certain medication during pregnancy.
Question
HI, I have very regular period cycles and take birth control, but in the
last 11 days I haven't had my period. No stress, or change in my diet. I
had sex on the 4th or 5th of November, had a few drops (nothing
noticable) of brown discharge one time after peeing on the 12th was
suppose to start my period on the 14th. Took a birth control test on the
18, and then two on the 21, they came back neg. What else should I try,
how long do I have to wait to know what's wrong? The place under my
belly and above my crouch always feels like it has butterflies, and that
area hurts during intercoarse(feels tighter), and I am crampy (mild) My
boobs didn't swell like they usually do before my period, but they feel
squshyer not soar but more like water filled (I can't really feel the
tissue), I have been more hungry, but not tired, no bumps around the
niples, I have been discharging a lot more of that clear vagina stuff
than normal, what should I do? What are the different things this could
be?
Answer
Did you take the pill during the last cycle? If your urine test is
negative, and you had bleeding after stopping the pill, the bleeding you
had on 12th maybe your period. You probably have got another period by
now. If that is also scanty, have an ultrasound done to determine
whether you have an ovarian cyst. Which pill are you taking? You may
have to change your pill if you keep getting scanty periods. If your
discharge is clear and not accompanied by itching, it is normal and you
do not need to do anything about it.
Question
Dear Dr. Lulla: I started taking Minulet pills 2 months ago. I had no
problems in my first month of taking them, but now I am on the middle of
my cycle, I still have 10 pills to take and I have very painful cramps
that started 5 days ago with my period (that of course I wasn’t supposed
to have in these days). I don’t know if I should stop taking the pill
and make the pain disappear. I also took a lot of painkillers like
Postan or Syncol, that didn’t help me. I don’t know if should continue
and let my body get use to them or stop with the pills. I have never had
these pains before. I would be thankful if you could help me with this,
before consulting a doctor. Thank you very much for your time and
attention.
Andrea
Answer
Your questions go the omanaccess website and then come to me once a
week,so I could not answer you immediately. However, you may have had
bleeding because you forgot the pill or did not take it at the correct
time or had diarrhea which then could have reduced the efficacy of the
pill. In future, if you have forgotten a pill, you should take an extra
one within 12 hours and try to take the pill at the same time everyday.
Regarding your pain, have an ultrasound done to rule out a fibroid or an
ovarian cyst. if you are in Oman , you can come to see me , so I can
determine the cause and advice you further. You can take an appointment

Question
Hi.. plz help me soon.i did a iui on 6 and 7 th of nov.and had a
progestron and hcg inj on 17th.but when i tested on 22 .hpt was
neagive.they did a blood test and called me today saying the beta hcg
level is little above normal ie8.3miu/ml..and asked me to est after 2
days..does this level of hcg indicate preganacy..
Answer
Anything above 5 indicates pregnancy. However, it is low. Also, since
you had taken hcg injections , the level might indicate the hormone from
the injection and not a pregnancy. You should repeat the test and it the
level is rising, it would indicate a pregnancy. All the best !
Question
Hey...I think I may be pregnant. I have a few of the symptoms sore
breasts, blue veins, light cramping. I was bleeding very light off and
on then got very heavy.. could I still be pregnant
Answer
Do a pregnancy test like clear blue to determine whether you are
pregnant. You can have some bleeding even while pregnant, which might
require further treatment or investigations.
Question
I am 35 years old, married for 10 years and childless so far (going for
IVF)I have regular monthly cycle of 28-30 days. Usually, after 5 days of
the ovulation, my breasts will start paining till the periods. (I have
heard that it is because of hormonal changes after ovulation) For the
last four months, there is no pain. But, I am regularly getting my
periods. What could be the reason? I am worried. Will it be OK if my
breasts do not pain?
Answer
In some women there is no breast pain even after ovulation, so do not
worry about that. However, are you ovulating ? This can be determined by
the clear plan test. All the best!
Question
Hello Dr, I have PCO and I was in treatment by Gonal F and then I have
got an injection (Predalon) for ovulation. I had 2 rather big follicles
(17mm and 14mm). 2 other smaller ones. I have since the Predalon
injection a lot of ache especially in abdomens. I've never experienced
such a thing before. I went to my DR and he said that it is normal. It
is due to the yellow body. He asked me to take 3 Utrogest pills daily. I
am still weary about this ache because it is very stark and I'm in this
situation since Sunday (about 5 days). Can I hope that this ache might
be a symptom for pregnancy?
Answer
The pain might be because you ovulated .. Have you done an ultrasound
now? The ovaries may have got enlarged and formed cysts and the pain is
due to that. The pain maybe related to ovulation, but not necessarily
ovulation. All the best !
Question
Hello doctor, i am 26years, and i have been married for 2years, trying
to concieve from 6 months, no results. so met a gync, they diagoinsed
that i have PCO, they have asked me to take Metformin and folic acid
tablets for 3 months. is PCO a serious problem, will i be able to
concieve, pls reply.
Answer
PCO is present in 10- 20 % of women and is associated with irregular
periods and infrequent ovulation. Check whether you are ovulating or not
by doing a clear plan test. If you are not ovulating, you may need to
take clomid tablets, under supervision.
Question
Hi Doctpr I am 26 yrs old an am married for the past one and a half
years.Initially we didnt plan for a baby ... then i went for a routine
gynaec check up after 6 months. During this 6 months , I was not aware
of the fertile days concept and also we didnt have regular intercourses.
When I went to the doctor, I didnt mention to her this fact .. and se
prescribed me Siphene and asked me to start from the 3rd day of my
periods upto 5 days. Then I immediately conceived the next month (January
2006) , but unfortunately this pregnacy resulted in miscarraige when it
was 7 weeks. The doctor didnt do a DNC but she cleaned up using Vaginal
tablets.
Its going to be 10 months now, and we are planning for ababy now. Again,
we are not able to consistenlty try for the baby as one month we try and
the next month circumstances are such that we miss the fertile period. I
am very much disappointed on this. After my miscarriage, I am having
pain in my left hip bone (which generally comes 3 days before the onset
of my period an subsides). I was worried and I checked with the Doctor
in Denmark ( as am currently in Denmark now). He did a pelvic
examination and confirmed that this pain is very normal I didnt feel any
pain when he checked my ovaries. He also suggested me to try for baby for
another 6 months .. and then go for other tests.
Before my miscarriage , my periods were very regular, the cycle lenght
was 29 days, after this miscarriage ... this has got shuifted between 31
- 33 days.Is it Normal ? or is there any problem. Earlier I was in India
and now we are in Denmark, Is this shift due to the changes in climatic
conditions?
My question is why was I prescribed Siphene ? ( I was told it was
aVitamin by the docotr, but later realized it was for anovulation) . I
consulted with other gynaecs and they say as far as you have regular
periods.... you ovulate.
Am very confused Doctor ... and I dont know with whom I shoud discuss
this tooo ...
Please enlighten me on the Fertile days .... the length of my cycle
falls between 31 - 33 days .. and is it something like we need to
consistenlty try for baby all months to acheive success.
Please reply for these queries Doctor as it will be very helpful for me
to regain my confidence level.
Thanks
Shri
Answer
RELAX ! First of all, check whether you need any medication for your hip
pain with an orthopaedician. Start taking folic acid tablets. Check
whether you are ovulating or not by the clear plan test. This would also
indicate your fertile period. If you are not ovulating, you would
require clomid again. What is your husband's semen report? The change in
cycle length is not worrisome as long as you are ovulating.
Question
Dear Doctor I am married for 1.5 year and already had 3 abortions, The
first one was on my 3rd month ( missed abortion ) as there was no grow

Answer
Sorry to hear about your abortions. I do not have any clinic in Dubai,
but it would be advisable if I see you once with all your reports and
then I can determine what to do for your future pregnancies. My tel. no.
is 24563181. You can take an appointment to see me around day 12 of the
cycle. I will be out of town from 30th Dec. to 2nd January. Continue
your folic acid tablets. You would need treatment even before you know
you are pregnant( peri- conceptional treatment) , so I can advice you
when you see me .
Question
Hallo, Two years ago after acute cramping (not during period) the GP
sent me for an ultrasound. They found Adnexal Cysts and intraperitoneal
fluid in the pouch of douglas. GP found no cause to be concerned. The
weight gain he passed off as "your age". His opinion : Irritable bowel
syndrome. Since then I always have severe cramping / stiches / bloating
/ heavy periods. Nothing seems to work. Pain gets worse each month. The
stitches come and go during the month. Sometimes only seconds long,
othertimes longer and then disappear. Have never been to a Gynae. Should
i be concerned ?.(Age 39, no children)
Thank you for your time
Answer
What was the size of the cysts ? Have an ultrasound done on day 5 or 6
of the cycle and let me know , so I can advice you further. Also, did
you have any fibroid in the uterus ? Do you have constipation or urinary
infection also ?
Question
I have a son aged 8 yrs and am trying for second child for the last two
yrs but not successful due to irregular periods. My doctor has
prescribed me letroz for ovulation. I searched thru net and found out
that it is a cancerdrug and may be used for ovulation induction also
which is illegal. Would like to know is it safe to have this drug?
Answer
Many doctors are using letrezole. However, have you tried clomid tablets
to induce ovulation. This has been used for many decades and is safer
than letrazole. Have an ultrasound done on day 12 of the period after
taking clomid tablets once a day for 5 days from the third day of the
period. This will determine the size of the follicle and your fertile
period.
Question
Hi Doctor, I was detected of ovarian cyst last month thru pelvic
ultrasound. My doctor gave me metrogyl tablets for 10 days. I took it for
seven days as i was feeling weekness. Now I was expecting my period on
15th of Nov but its delayes and not started yet.Is it a cause of concern
or its a symptom of ovarin cyst.
Thanks you so much !
Answer
The period might be delayed due to the ovarian cyst. What was the size
of the cyst. Repeat the scan on day 5 of the period and let me know both
the sizes ( previous and recent ) .
Question
Hi I am 17 and since I can remember I Always have a discharge .. is this
normal.. I mean I personally think its gross.. I'm not sexually active I
haven't even had oral.. I m too scared to ask my mom it would just be
weird.. I've talked to a friend about it and she told me its
completely normal.. but I think its different I mean its a lot of
discharge.. its always in my underwear and I feel embarrassed by it..
like I'm not even horny or anything. I just please can u tell me why and
if its normal or not. its usually a whitish yellow color.. I don't know
if that helps or not.. please write me
Answer
You can use diflucan tablet as a single dose. This would get rid of any
fungal vaginal infection that you may have. Since you are not sexually
active, I am not advising any vaginal pessaries. If your problem is not
solved, see a gynec who can examine the discharge and advice you
accordingly.
Question
I m 26 yrs married women. I was having irregular periods even in my
unmarried time. I m not able to conceive ,inspite of not using any birth
control pills. I am having imbalance of thyroid harmone, and I m taking
medicine for it .does harmonal imbalance prohibits pregnency?
Answer
Do a clear plan test to determine whether you are ovulating or not.
Ensure that your thyroid hormones are normal with medication. Start
taking folic acid tablets. An imbalance in certain hormones may prevent
ovulation. If you are not ovulating, check your FSH, LH and Prolactin
hormones on day 3 of the the cycle and let me know all the results, so I
can advice you further.
Question
I have been trying to conceive for the past 3 and a half years. I had a
child in 1998, she is now 8 years old. My local OB/GYN send me to do an
Hysterosalpingram and this test came back negative. I have been taking
clomid now for 3 months and this still has not worked. My menstual cycle
is consistent every month (21 day cycle).
Could there be other underlying factors to consider?
I appreciate your help.
Answer
When you say your hysterogram came back negative, I presume you mean
that both the tubes are patent. What day of the cycle did you form the
follicles with clomid ? I presume that if you have a 21 day cycle , you
maybe ovulating early and may sometimes miss the fertile period. What is
your husband's semen report ?
Question
Hello Dr. couple a weeks ago I've been having this problem with the area
around my penis when enlarge the shaft of the penis always get red and
then skin cracks and opens up and start to bleed is there something I
could do to help heal this. Thanks
Answer
You would need to consult a general surgeon or an urologist for this.
Question
Dear doctor,i got married about one and half yaer ago in 2oo5.i had my
first abortion right after 3 months.it was of 7 weeks and i had the
procedure done through the tablet cytotec at 6 hours for two days.i
again concieved after 6 months and again had an abortion of 5 weeks. i
had my dnc done. The biopsy report said ''late secretory phase
embedded".after 3 months gap i started taking cerophene 50 mg twice
daily from second till 6th day of my periods and had an intercourse from
the 10th day alternatively.i had my follicular dtudies done.the findings
were excellent.endometrium thickness wea 0.9.eggs were good.i was
injected on my day 14th with 5000mg of progestrone iv. i have been
taking clomid since last 3 months follicular studies were satisfactory
but dont know why i started having periods wvery time.plwase guide me
where the problem is?advice me the treatment.thanks a lot.plz do
reply.regards
Answer
If the biopsy said late secretory phase , you were probably not
pregnant. Had you done a urine test for pregnancy and was it strongly
positive ? Were you given 5000 units of progesterone or pregnyl ?What
was the size of the follicle when the injection was given ? Have you had
your tubes checked ? Let me know also your husband's recent semen
report, so I can advice you accordingly.
Question
My period usually lasts for about 4 to 5 days however last month it
lasted 8 days and this month it lasted 6 days stopped for one day and
started anew.. very light bleeding but I'm on my 10th day now with small
cramps once in a while and a few blood clots...am I pregnant or have
fibroids?..im very worried... I have been on orthotricyclen lo for
almost 6 months now and this has never happened before..can you please
give me a clue as to what might be wrong?
Answer
Have an ultrasound done to determine whether you have a fibroid or an
ovarian cyst. It would also be advisable to do a urine test for
pregnancy as you could be having a threatened abortion or an ectopic
pregnancy. Let me know the results, so I can advice you further.
Question
I had my last period on 26th october and we had intercourse from 4th
till 16th november on alternate days and daily on 10, 11 and 12 as I was
suppose to ovulate on 11 as per most of the websites. Please suggest
when is the soonest I can do a pregnancy test.
Answer
The day of ovulation changes from person to person and also in the same
person during different cycles. You can use the clear plan test (
available in pharmacies ) to determine when you are ovulating and what
is your most fertile period. If you are not ovulating, consult a gynec.
Question
Hi I m 20 I m three years married patient of pco I concieved this june

and endometrium thickness was pretty good I concieved and waz given

years...........again I m trouble of irregular periods doctor plzz help
me and tell wht should I do next to concieved I m now with very low self
esteem help me soon tell me tht wz my tratement ok and when should I
stop glucophage
Answer
Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Miscarriages are more common in
women with PCO, but you can conceive again. You may need prolifen and
menogan again. Treatment, however, must be closely monitored on
ultrasound to determine when you are ovulating and that your ovaries are
not getting unduly enlarged. You should discuss with your doctor about
cyclogest suppositories or duphaston tablets to prevent a miscarriage.
Question
Hi, I need some advice. I am 26yrs and have 1 child age7 i had an
miscarriage 4yrs ago.My husband and i have been ttc for 2yrs and
unsuccessful.I was diagnosed with PCOS 09/06.Had 2 proverva cycles since
then,Dr. prescribed clomid 1ST cycle clomid AF 25/10/06 clomid 100mg
cd2-6.No follow up by Dr.,i have no clue if i ovulated with the 100mg
clomid.Today 21/11/06 AF due.A lot of cramps lower stomach,tired,tender
nipples for the past week.Don't know what to expect. When would be a good
time to test for pregnancy if no Af.
Answer
You should have ultrasound monitoring while on clomid. Ensure that
during the next cycle you have at least one ultrasound done around day
12 of the cycle.
Your questions go the omanaccess website and then come to me once a
week,so I could not answer you immediately. By now, you must have done a
urine test or have got a period. A urine test is positive 15 days after
ovulation or around day 31 in a regular 30 day cycle.
Question
Hello Doc, My wife had a baby almost 5 months ago, she had to be induced
and the baby came out pretty fast. During the delivery they had to make
a little cut so the baby had more room. Since then she has gone to her
doc and they said everything healed good. The problem is she has viginal
pain after she stands for a while and she is not able to have
intercourse because of the pain. She says that it feels like there is
not enogh room. She also has viginal discharge every day. It is not
bleeding. My wife is on birthcontrol pills and brestfeeding. I am trying
to help but I dont know what to do....any help would be great. Thanks,
Joe
Answer
The cut made is on the perineum , so usually the space of the vagina is
not reduced. However, she must see her gynec . and explain regarding the
pain to determine whiter there has been any narrowing of the vagina
following any infection after delivery. A pelvic examination will also
reveal whether she has a vaginal infection or a cervical erosion or
polyp. In the meantime, you can use a lubricant jelly- like KY jelly to
ensure that intercourse is less painful. There maybe dryness of the
vagina because of the pill.
Question
I'm taking duphastone taplet daily for 4 months now becouse I got
endometrioses case and adheshion so is there any side efects beside I
feel bad apetite and sleepy
Answer
You may get nausea with duphaston which may reduce your appetite.
However, I do not think the sleepiness is due to duphaston.
Question
Dear doctor, My husband and myself, we are both 36 yrs. of age and have
been trying for a baby for the last 2 yrs. My husband is often
travelling for business and in the first year we never even bothered to
‘time’ our sex (it could be that my husband used to be away on those
fertile days). Since in 2001, I had conceived accidentally and had to
abort, we never thought that it won’t happen! I was quite naive (rather
stupid!) to always wash myself immediately after having sex. But in the
last year we really tried taking care. We even seeked help from a gynaec.
HSG was normal. So I was given 3 cycles of clomid (5th to 10th day) and
two cycles of Gonal 75. As the doctor said, every time I responded well,
always had a single good sized follicle (more than 21 mm). At that time
points he used to give me Ovidrel and told me to have sex around 36 hrs.
So we did it around that time and then he said it could have been too
late. In anotehrcycle I had bad allergic asthma and had! to go in for
inhalers (even steroids). Also, once with Gonal the follicle had
disappeared unexpectedly on the 10th day itself (it was around 19mm 2
days before). We are both now very worried and would really like to have
a child. My husband's sperm report is fine. I am taking a multivitamin
everyday (recommended for lactating and pregnant women) besides Euthyrox
100 ug per day and am regularly going for controls. Initially I was
taking 75 ug euthyrox each day but then the dose aws increased to 100 to
‘help’conceive, and then the levely changed so much that she asked me t
make it 50 ug per day and then again made it 100 now! I know that the
doctors do their best but I just feel awful and am confused. Plaese help
me. In acse u’s like to know, my hormone levels were also checked and
acc. to the doc. everything seems to be fine. Though when ia sked him if
the progesterone levels were on borderline, he said that we’ll do
duphastone compensation (which I always did for the 3 cl! omid and 2
gonal cycles, taking 2 tablets per day from 2 days after ovulation till
I got my bleeding) Doctor I need your sincere advice and help in
deciding my next course of action.
Also, Doctor, I'd like to ask you these general Question21s:
1) If the follicle size is very ripe (app. 21 mm) and one gets an
Ovidrel injection, then can't it happen that the follicle ruptures
naturally even before 36 hrs. ?
2)After the 'timed' sex and while waiting for implantation/conception,
is it OK to have sex in teh 2nd half of teh cycle? Is it OK to go on
long drives, hiking etc.
Doc., I know my mail was too long,a nd that u’ll tell me to relax but
its becoming quite difficult ….. Sorry to have taken so much of your
time and thanks, too. Please help!
Answer
Sorry to hear about your problems. First of all, just relax mentally and
you should conceive soon as everything is normal. Continue your vitamin
and euthyrox. However, the dose of euthyrox should be adjusted according
to the level of the hormones. Do check the level again 3-4 weeks after
you have increased to 100.Usually, one ovulates 36 hours after inj.
ovidrel. Also, if you are having intercourse on alternate days from
around day 11 of the cycle till 36 hours after the injection, it would
not matter even if the follicle ruptured after 24 hours. This is because
the sperms stay alive in the cervical mucus for 3 to 5 days . So, that
should not be a problem. Regarding your second question, you can
continue your normal activity and intercourse even during the second
half of the cycle. Have you done a PCT ( post coital test ) ? This would
determine whether the sperms are staying alive in the cervix or not and
whether you require to do IUI. Let me know , so I can advice you
further. Is your prolactin level normal? .
Question
I took clomid how many eggs ovulate in whole month
Answer
This changes from person to person and the dose of the clomid. You need
to do an ultrasound on day 12 of the cycle to determine that.
Question
If man have motality 30% it possible to concive
Answer
Yes, but it also depends on the total semen count , the number of
abnormal sperms and the number of actively motile sperms.

preganancy?
Answer
Sorry to hear about your miscarriages. First of all, maintaining your
prolactin levels in the normal range is important. The irregular periods
are not because you took dopergin, but because of the high prolactin
itself. Check the level and ensure that with the dose of dopergin you
are taking, the levels are o.k.Are your thyroid levels normal? Discuss
with your doctor about giving you duphaston tablets or cyclogest
suppositories after ovulation, to help prevent a miscarriage. I usually
give either of these .. All the best !
Question
I give birth on 24 June 2006 through cesearean. I have just found that
am pregnant exactly after 4 months. my Question21s are? is it a risk to
carry another pregnancy too soon? what are complications related to such
an early pregnancy. can I carry it through/ should I have an abortion
Answer
Usually we do not advise a pregnancy for 2 years after the Caesarian.
However, if you did not have any complications during the surgery or
after that, it would be as safe to continue the pregnancy. You must
discus this with your obstetrician .
Question
My girl friend has 3 chocolate cysts in her left overy. She has gone
through surgical operations like laproscopy, endometrocist etc. The
doctor has said the overy may be eaten by that cysts .And advised to
marry within 1 year to get pregnant naturally. He also says sucess rate
would be 5 to10%. Is she not get pregnant can she be able to take test
tube baby ?
Answer
Chocolate cysts tend to recur and therefore, it is advisable to have a
pregnancy as soon as possible. How are her fallopian tubes? If they are
patent and there are no adhesions, she can conceive without IVF.
However, if they are blocked or there are many adhesions, she would
require IVF.

Question
I am 3 months pregnant. In Scan everything is normal. My ist pregnency
aborted within 2months. So, my Doctor give Duphasten tablet for
Supporting the baby. But after I took the tablets iam getting abdomen
pain. Is it safe or not to continue the tablet.
Answer
Duphaston is safe during pregnancy. Do you have constipation or urinary
problems? These maybe the cause of the abdominal pain. Do check with
your obstetrician regarding the pain as, the dose of duphaston maybe
increased or some antacid given if she feels the pain is due to "
acidity".All the best !
