Sorry to hear about your follicles. It is surprising that your follicles have not ruptured even after profasi. During the next cycle, take profasi 10,000 units as soon as the follicle is 20 mm. Have an ultrasound done 5 days later. Also do a serum progesterone one week after the injection. This will determine whether you have ovulated or not. Sometimes, even if you have ovulated , on ultrasound a corpus luteum is seen which looks like a follicle. Let me know which area you are staying in Mumbai, so I can advice you further. Sorry to hear If the bumps are in the upper thigh , close to the vulva, they maybe due to the vaginal discharge. If not, you would need to see a skin specialist for that Regarding your discharge, this maybe fungal vaginal infection. You can use gyno pevaryl vaginal 150 mgm for 3 nights. If you are unmarried and do not wish to use pessaries, use diflucan oral tablet as a single dose . If you are not better, see a gynec. Who can examine you and decide on further treatment.

This seems like a fungal vaginal infection. Use canesten vaginal pessaries for 6 nights. Also, if you are having recurrent infection, use diflucan tablet orally as a single dose on the second day of your period. If this does not help, have your vaginal discharge examined. This would determine the type of infection you have and the appropriate treatment can be decided upon.

You have many problems, which are not really related to each other. First of all, have your breasts examined again and , if necessary, have a mammography done to determine the cause of the pain. Check whether you still have any breast secretion present. If yes, you would need to take medicines like dostinex or parlodel for that. Regarding your lack of interest in sex, you may be too tired or afraid of getting pregnant. Consult your gynec to decide on what contraception you should use. Have your hemoglobin checked. A low hemoglobin maybe the reason for your weakness and giddiness. If low, take iron tablets like fefol. Have a pelvic examination done. This will determine whether you have any vaginal or cervical infection.

My husband and I have been seeing a fertility specialist for about 1 yr. I am 40 y.o. and have never been pregnant but have always had regular periods. We have tried 3 IUIs and 1 IVF without success. If your tubes are patent and your husband's semen normal, IUI would help. If the follicles are only 13 mm , injections like puregon or fostimon can be given- one every day till the follicle is 20 mm. Once it is 20 mm, you would require pregnyl or profasi injection- 10,000 units ( 2 ampoules of 5000 each ) to help you rupture the follicle ( This would take care of your poor LH surge )You can then either try naturally or by IUI. You cannot prepone a period. However, you can postpone your period in November, so that you do not get a period around 10th December . You can take primolut n tablets twice a day from 18th November upto 25th November, so that you get a period by 30th November.

If your left tube is patent, you can try naturally whenever the follicle is on the left side. This can be determined by ultrasound. You have not mentioned about the condition of the left tube. If there are adhesions around it or there had been a delayed spill, then you should go for IVF., even if the tube is patent.
