hi, my age is 33, is 65kg and i got married 11 years back. i have one daughter. her age is 9. i always 31- 38 days cycle and have polycystic ovaries.i want second child .i had so many treatments done but no use. now my doc give me ovacare , ebexid and m2 tone tonic. i want to ask- is it good treatment in my case . i can get pregnent by taking this. pleez help me doctor pleez pleez pleez

Me and my husband is trying to conceive a second baby for almost a year. I have taken duphaston on my 3 cycles of menstration and clomid on the 5th day of my menstration. Based on my ultrasound she told me that this time the taking of my clomid is successful because it improved the size of my egg cell, there's a possibility that we can conceive this time. But she wants me to take duphaston on Feb. 11, 09' (2nd day after taking clomid). Will duphaston help me to conceive or it will hinder me to conceive? Thanks.

Dr,i am having irregular period history, i went to doctor and she told me to take duphestron 10mg and folic acid 400 mg and i conseive and got baby girl,now she is 2 years,i want to go for the second child now, but my period is still irregular and if i take duphestron i bleed,i want a boy this time so i want to know when i ovulate which is impossible for me as my period is irrugular please tell me how to track my ovulation day. my last period was 20 th january.

Hi Doc. I have been married for 7 years now. Initially i use to conceive. But had miscarriages all the time within 2 months. In 2005, when i conceived i had spotting and in the 3rd month it got aborted. After that i did not conceive. In 2008, i had a tubualar pregnancy which had to be aborted. I am visiting my doctor from past 8 months now and no result. I am continuously on letroze 2.5 mg and FMR scan and susten tablets. I have regular peroids (28-30 days). In my HSG report, the doctor told me that my right tube is partially blocked and left tube is patent. Is this a problem for me to conceive. Please suggest. I am really frustrated

i got married in 2005 and conceived in few months but had to terminate it for some reasons(not medical),then we took precautions for 3years.since last 4 months we stoppped taking any, as i wanted to conceive.but then i was diagnosed with chocolate cyst in my left ovary & also polycystic ovary,the doc. here gave me metaphage,clomid,actos.now i m 10 weeks pregnant and takingthe folllowing medicines since last month; 1) metaphage 500mg twice daily 2)folic acid 5 mg 3) duphaston 10mg 4)cyclogest 400mg 5)juspirin 81 mg once daily b,cos my anticardiolipin test igG is positive while igM is negative doc. i m very worried about this aspirin,is it so necesary fr me & my baby my doc, said i ve to take it throut my gestation,due to that i m not able to enjoy this beautiful phase of my life doc i beg yr help,pleassssseee.

Doctor, currently we are in hyderabd, My Wife had a D&C during last year due to reducted growth of the fetus(no heart beat). After that TSH level tested and shows high, and she was under Thyronorm 25. we cam back to hyderabad shown to a doctor, he told that to stop thyronorm since it was normal. We tested after three months again and it was normal. Now she conceived and the doctor told us to have huchogon 5000u upto 14th week, Gestofit 100(twice daily) for one month and ecosprin 74 for one month and again Thyronom 50 (becasue the TSH level shows 13.6 after the first month of pregnancy). Madam is there any problem of taking these many medicines ? We are bit worried about it. thanks jayakumar

I have a normal period for 5 days this month I spotted one day it was pink when I wiped then the next day nothing then the 3rd day brown day 4 and 5 it started getting heavy and its lasting longer then usual by the way I am trying to concieve what can this mean this never happened before

i just started to get my period back after two yrs. i've been on the depo and have been off it for the past yr. finally got my period in novemeber and it was a 30 day cycle. in january my period was due on the 28th and didnt get it. i was experincing light headedness and breast tenderness took a pregnancy test came back neg. got my period on the 5th of feb. which turned it into a 39 day cycle. i was wondering that being that i was under alot of stress in jan. would that have delay my period and is there any chance of ovulating being that my cycle has changed for this month.

dear Dr. i used to have an irregular period when i was still a teenager, and as i grew older it became regular. im 25 yrs. old now and my menstruation has been regular, it occurs every 27 days but now im delayed for 4 days already, i havn't had any sexual contacts. i had gum inflamation which started 10 days ago (jan. 27) and i had been taking amoxicillin 500 mg twice a day for 10 days along with tylenol extra strength every 4 hours. yesterday(feb.5) was my 10th day of taking the antibiotics. does the delay in my menstruation have anything to do with the medications i took? is it normal that i regularly have my cycle every 27 days and i suddenly become delayed for 4 days? pls help, im really worried. thank you so much.

Hello doctor, I had a problem with my periods, they are very irregular.I undergone so checkups and treatments.. I tested for thyroid, harmones imbalance, ultrasound tests.. Reports says normal. but I wont get my periods. I will get my periods only if I use regestrone tablets for one week. once I stopped the tablets i will get my periods. One of the famous doctors suggested me to use one regestrone table daily after a meal from the 16th day of my previous period. This is the way i am following from past 10 months. I put on weight also and I had an unwanted hair growth under my chin... I am married and had one 2 yrs old kid... Please help me.. I am desperately waiting for your response.
